Dubai: Dubai Municipality is carrying out a marketing survey to assess the public's level of awareness of the different services it provides.
The study also aims to find out the most effective media tools to be used to deliver the Municipality's messages to the public.
"Dubai Municipality offers almost 500 services through its various departments and we would like to know whether people are aware of all our services. Besides, measuring the overall image of the Municipality and how its presence in the eyes of people," said Farhan Al Marzouqi, Director of Institutional Marketing and Exhibitions Department of the Dubai Municipality.
"The genuine purpose of launching such a study is to be totally aware of all Dubai Municipality services whether correctly delivered and known to both UAE and residents, not to mention the importance of getting accurate feedback from people as well," he added.
The Institutional Marketing Section and exhibitions at the Institutional Marketing Section and Relations at Dubai's Municipality is following up the study that is carried out in collaboration with a consulting company.
The study is divided into three major angles; first angle discusses the general institutional identity of Dubai Municipality, and second focuses on Public gardens while the third pays attention to the markets related to Dubai's Municipality.
"Such regular surveys are crucial to us to know on what platform we are actually standing," Al Marzouqi said.
