Dealer Engagement Manager : General Motors (GM)

-The Dealer Engagement Manager is responsible to support and drive dealers to implement the CRM / Customer Experience standards and generate demonstrably increased profit from their Customer Management activity.
-The individual would be responsible to lead the implementation of all CM programs that require Dealer involvement. The person would have to liaise with the relevant field teams and internal teams to gain their support and ensure they are working with the dealer.
-The individual would also be responsible for managing the CRM agency of record and lead the successful implementation of 1

-1 communications, including lifecycle communications, vehicle launch campaigns and LMG campaign integration.

-Supports the GM Regional Training Manager in the development of the CM IBT courses
-Manages the key agencies & suppliers and respective budget associated with the projects mentioned above

-Acting as advisory and coordination centre for Dealer Enquiries relating to strategy, measures, planning, training etc.
