A number of media outfits attended the event. Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer Al Bustan Centre & Residence, welcomed the press members at the Fountain Café & Restaurant.

Made to look like an authentic Arabic place, the restaurant featured several seating areas and tables perfect for spending an evening with family and friends. The professional chefs of the restaurant had geared up for the occasion to offer the best of Ramadan delicacies with endless choices to suit everybody’s taste including hot and cold mezzeh, for the holy month along with traditional Ramadan beverages such as Qamar El Din, Karkade, Laban Rayeb, Erq Sous and Kharoub. 

Besides these the guests were many other culinary treats to finish their meal with Arabian and Continental desserts such as Um Ali, Osmaliya, Baklawa, chocolate mousse, assorted traditional cakes and fresh fruits along with Ouzi, grilled specialties, kunafa, and katayef. The live cooking station was an added feature where journalists chose their preferred foods prepared in unique methods.
