UAE 2ND World Festival of Beauty. Definition It is a festival and global event which is implementing periodically in the United Arab Emirates , organized by the administration of the world Union Academic of the Cosmetology .

The events and the activities of this festival focusing on the profession of beauty and high fashion and through it , the slogan of the festival had been achieved. In each event we are raising a slogan scramble to achieve by the participants at two levels , the 1st one are collective shows and the 2nd are the competitions and the individuals shows and presentations , as there are different events within the opening and the conclusion . The Idea It is a festival which was and still new to represent a new launching in the GCC and the Arab World . Every time , it throws light on a new field that not adopted and mentioned before in serving Emirates tourism and development project .

This time , the Department of the World Union has keen to carry a cultural , tourism and heritage message with a participation for big groups of beauty consultants and fashion designers and jewelry from the Arabic countries , foreign and the GCC , where all the experiences and the cultures meet together , put their touches to glitter the talents and participants creations , in the beauty field and from all over the world. The slogan of the Festival in its 2nd edition , for 2010 *authenticity of the past is our way for the future* It concerns the beauty from the perspective of heritage and authenticity , carries a cultural , tourism and heritage message . The Festival depends on the past in order to maintain the habits and traditions to disseminate them.

This Festival also is by the participation of the GCC and the Arab World , polarized the most famous experts in the field of heritage , Gulf fashion , Arabic fragrances and traditional jewelry in the shows that are accompanied by music to reach the charm of the past mixed with the elegance (the style ) of this age. Objectives * To give this profession its right which took from the West and to reach the highest technical and artistic levels , as we cite here the Arabic girls , in general , and the Gulf ones specifically in order to qualify them to reach globally by an Arabic Gulf touch.

*Emphasis the renewing of the heritage and habits which represent the identity and the personality of the Arabic human being in the region. * To contribute in the dissemination of heritage , Gulf habits and shifted to the young , in the present and the future. * To upgrade the occupations related to beauty through creating competition between the talents , beauticians , experts and whom they are looking for fame and competition.
* Developing the inherited by producing the modern touches that will increase the young's interests .
* To attract the beauticians' elite and the international fashion designers to the Arabic region in order to become UAE the destination of beauty and the new of fashion in the region.
