Dubai-based luxury ladies fashion label Alina Anwar Couture reveals a special and limited edition UAE flag-inspired dress called 'UAE' which stands for 'Unite And Empower' highlighting the colours of the UAE and its vision to be the world's greatest city uniting cultures and empowering its people in celebration of the nation's 48th National Day on December 2, 2019.
