Blue Jade, the Southeast Asian and flagship restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, opens its doors for the mid-day meal starting this summer. The new and extensive lunch menu with skillfully prepared dishes includes a delicious bento-style lunch and a Yum Cha Saturday lunch concept.
Blue Jade has been led by Chef Ta Van since its inception in 2013 and is named after the talisman of peace and tranquillity that is highly regarded in Asia. The qualities associated with the restaurant’s namesake are reflected in its superb ambience. The subtle tunes of Asian instruments blend seamlessly with the culinary artistry by the talented team of chefs as they elegantly prepare dishes in the dramatic open kitchen. An attractive terrace also offers al fresco dining with views of the gardens and seashore, while weekly specialty nights draw a fun-loving crowd to enjoy a la carte specialties, sushi, dim sum and more.

This sensational new lunch menu, which also includes a bento style lunch serving regional specialties such as Tuna Tartare, Tempura Maki and Thai Chicken Curry to name a few. To finish off on a sweet note, guests can savor on the traditional Banana Sago and Sesame Pumpkin Cake. A fine selection of Asian cocktails and beverages will also allow for a refreshing sip.
Price: AED98 per person for one starter, one soup and one main course. A la carte menu also available with dishes starting from AED 65 per person.

YUM CHA LUNCHEONS
The Cantonese tradition of going to brunch over dim sum and Chinese Tea is brought to life at the recently introduced Yum Cha Luncheons at the award-winning Blue Jade restaurant. The four-course set menu takes guests on a culinary trip to China. It begins with a healthy bite followed by a variety of steamed, pan fried and deep fried dim sum that will satiate your cravings and ends with authentic desserts like sticky rice balls in red bean sauce. A perfect afternoon spent with family and friends over conversation, great food and elegant vibes of the refreshing ambience of Blue Jade.
