• Seating arrangement as per the availability & it is decided by either Driver or Tour Guide.
• Transfer depends on availability of vehicle & pickup/drop off timing can be modified as per the scheduled time.

Other Important Information:

• Kindly, advise the guests to wear comfortable clothing, as they will be climbing in and out of the basket.
• It is better to be 5mins early, we do not wait for those who are late as we may have to cancel the entire flight.
• We do not take bags onboard the balloon, bags will be left in the vehicles and looked after by our drivers who will be there when you land.
